Welcome to BiltyMitra, a transportation and logistics management platform operated by Pixel PropX Solutions.
BiltyMitra provides tools for transport companies, truck owners, drivers, and authorized users to manage transportation operations, trucks, drivers, trips, digital Biltys/Lorry Receipts (LRs), loading slips, freight slips, expenses, financial records, and related business information.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how it is stored and protected, when it may be shared, and the choices available to you when you use the BiltyMitra mobile application, web application, support portal, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

The information we collect depends on your role and the features you use.
2.1 Account and Google Sign-In Information
BiltyMitra uses Google Sign-In for authentication.
We may receive and store information provided by Google during authentication, including:

- Authentication-related account information necessary to maintain your BiltyMitra account
BiltyMitra does not use phone-number OTPs as its login or authentication mechanism.

BiltyMitra allows transporters to create and manage digital Biltys/Lorry Receipts. Depending on the information entered by the user, Bilty records may contain:

BiltyMitra may collect information used to generate and manage loading slips and freight slips, including:

BiltyMitra is not a bank or financial institution, and financial records stored in the application are business records provided or created by users.

BiltyMitra allows authorized users to upload documents, images, and other files related to transportation and business operations. Examples may include:

Cloudinary Storage
User-uploaded files are stored using Cloudinary, a third-party cloud media and file management service. The uploaded file itself may be stored by Cloudinary, while BiltyMitra stores the corresponding file URL and relevant metadata in its database.

5. Role-Based Use of Information
Transport Companies / Transporters
Transport companies may use BiltyMitra to manage company profiles, trucks, drivers, customers and parties, Biltys/LRs, loading and freight slips, trips, journeys, freight and tax information, expenses, transactions, financial years, business document templates, and uploaded documents.
Truck Owners
Truck owners may use BiltyMitra to manage their trucks, truck documents, drivers, driver assignments, trips, journey information, expenses, transactions, maintenance records, and related documents.
Drivers
Drivers may use BiltyMitra to access information and functionality associated with trips or trucks assigned to them, including assigned truck information, trip details, origin and destination, journey information, Bilty/LR information, driver assignment information, trip status, and other operational information required for their role.
6. Information Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.
6.1 Within BiltyMitra
Information may be shared between authorized users where necessary to provide transportation and logistics functionality.
6.2 Service Providers
We may use trusted third-party service providers to operate BiltyMitra, including services for authentication, cloud storage, file and image hosting, application infrastructure, analytics, crash reporting, security, and technical support.
6.3 Legal Requirements
We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable laws or regulations, respond to lawful governmental requests, comply with court orders or legal processes, or protect the rights, safety, and property of BiltyMitra, our users, or others.
6.4 User-Directed Sharing
Information may be shared when a user intentionally chooses to download, print, export, display, or otherwise share a Bilty, LR, invoice, document, or other record.
7. Google Sign-In
BiltyMitra uses Google Sign-In to authenticate users. During Google authentication, Google may provide BiltyMitra with information permitted by the Google authentication process, such as:
- Google account identifier
- Name
- Email address
- Profile picture
BiltyMitra uses this information to create and maintain your account and authenticate you. BiltyMitra does not use phone-number OTP authentication. Your use of Google services is also subject to Google's applicable terms and privacy policies.
8. Phone Numbers
Phone numbers may be collected for operational purposes, including driver profiles, truck owner profiles, transport company contact information, party/customer records, trip and journey records, driver assignments, transaction records, and other transportation-related records.
Phone numbers are not used as the primary login mechanism for BiltyMitra. Authentication is performed through Google Sign-In.
9. Data Storage and Security
BiltyMitra uses reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Depending on the type of information, data may be stored in our application database, cloud infrastructure, third-party storage services, or Cloudinary for uploaded files and images.
However, no method of electronic storage, transmission, or internet-based service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain user accounts, provide transportation and business records, maintain financial and operational history, provide customer support, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations.
Some business, financial, tax, transportation, or legal records may need to be retained even after an account deletion request where retention is required or permitted by law.
11. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your BiltyMitra account and associated personal information through our Account Deletion Request Form:
Account Deletion RequestUpon receiving and verifying a valid deletion request, we will process the request within a reasonable period, generally within 7 working days, subject to legal, regulatory, security, dispute-resolution, and legitimate business retention requirements.

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:

- Request deletion of your account and personal information.
- Withdraw your continued use of the Service.

14. Children's Privacy
BiltyMitra is intended for use by transportation and logistics businesses, truck owners, drivers, and other authorized users. The Service is not directed toward children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
15. Permissions and Device Information
Depending on the features implemented in the BiltyMitra mobile application, the application may request access to device features such as camera, photo/media storage, internet/network access, and other device permissions required for specific application features.
Permissions are requested only when required by an applicable feature.
16. Data Accuracy and User Responsibility
BiltyMitra stores information provided by users. Users are responsible for ensuring that information submitted to the application is accurate, current, complete, lawfully obtained, and appropriate for the intended transportation or business purpose.
BiltyMitra does not independently verify every piece of information entered by users.
17. Business and Third-Party Information
BiltyMitra users may enter information relating to other individuals or businesses. Users are responsible for ensuring that they are authorized to provide such information and that their collection and use of third-party information complies with applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to BiltyMitra features, changes in data processing practices, new third-party services, legal or regulatory requirements, and security improvements.
