1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the BiltyMitra web application, mobile application, or support portal ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use BiltyMitra services.
2. Digital Lorry Receipt (Bilty) Compliance
BiltyMitra provides digital generation tools for Lorry Receipts (LR). Transporters and fleet operators are solely responsible for ensuring that cargo weights, commodity descriptions, consignor/consignee GSTIN numbers, and freight charges provided match physical load manifests and GST e-Way bills.
3. User Accounts & Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and one-time passcodes (OTP). BiltyMitra will not be liable for unauthorized transactions or account access resulting from shared OTPs or compromised mobile numbers.
4. Account Termination & Data Deletion
Users may request account deletion at any time via the Support Portal or by submitting an Account Deletion Request under Account Help. Upon verification, user profiles and credentials will be removed within 7 working days, subject to mandatory tax retention regulations.
