1. How to Issue a New Digital Bilty
Click Create Bilty in the BiltyMitra app. Select Consignor (Sender) and Consignee (Receiver) details. Specify material type, weight in tonnes, freight charge per tonne, advance paid, and driver details. Click Generate Bilty to issue an official numbered LR.
2. Instant WhatsApp & SMS Sharing
Once generated, tap the Share via WhatsApp icon. BiltyMitra automatically creates a secure PDF link and dispatches it directly to the consignor, consignee, and driver in one tap.
3. Proof of Delivery (POD) & Digital Signatures
Upon reaching the destination, the driver opens the active trip and clicks Upload POD. They can snap a photo of the physical receiving receipt or ask the receiver to sign directly on the smartphone screen.
