Creating Your Organization Profile
Download the BiltyMitra mobile application or register online. Enter your business name, official GSTIN, PAN details, and primary mobile number. Once OTP is verified, your transporter workspace is created.
Adding Drivers & Fleet Vehicles
Go to Fleet Management in your sidebar menu. Click Add Vehicle to input vehicle registration numbers (e.g. UP14-AT-9988), vehicle type (Open Truck, Container, Trailer), and assign driver contact numbers.
Managing Roles & Permissions
Invite managers, dispatchers, and accountants under Settings & Team. Assign specific permissions like "Create Bilty Only", "View GPS Tracking", or "Approve Payouts".
